Privacy

This page explains how SwiftlyDeft collects and uses personal information in connection with the public website, founding waitlist, founding applications, member accounts and planned subscriptions. It is written for current pre-launch operations and should receive professional legal review before paid commercial launch.

Identity and waitlist information

We may collect:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Clerk identifiers and waitlist entry identifiers
  • Waitlist and application status
  • Account identifiers for existing members
  • Existing-member login information processed by Clerk

Founding-application information

When you complete a founding application, we may store qualification answers such as trading experience, trading frequency, current tools, approximate software-spend band, pricing preferences, liquidity-related problems described in free text, interview interest, consent and pricing-version acknowledgements, and application status history.

Attribution and analytics

We may collect UTM source, medium and campaign values, referral source, content identifiers, browser and device information, and website or conversion events (for example waitlist and qualification funnel events) to understand how people find SwiftlyDeft and complete the application flow.

Subscription and billing information

Joining the founding waitlist does not create a charge or an active subscription. When billing is later activated, Stripe may process payment-method information, customer identifiers, subscription status, billing history, payment status, refunds and failed payments. SwiftlyDeft should not directly store complete card numbers.

Some existing approved members may still use a legacy prepaid day-credit model. That legacy functionality is separate from the public founding waitlist conversion path and is not the primary product offered to new applicants.

Communications

We may send:

  • Operational application emails about waitlist or application status
  • Product and launch updates relevant to founding access
  • Marketing communications where permitted
  • Support replies when you contact us

You may withdraw marketing consent by contacting privacy@swiftlydeft.com. Operational messages required to run your application or account may still be sent.

Service providers

We use service providers that help operate the product. Categories include authentication and waitlist (Clerk), payments (Stripe), analytics providers, hosting and infrastructure providers, email-delivery providers and monitoring providers. Processors receive only what is needed to perform their services.

Data use

Information may be used to:

  • Operate the waitlist and founding applications
  • Evaluate founding applications
  • Contact accepted applicants before launch
  • Manage accounts and product access entitlements
  • Provide support
  • Prevent fraud and abuse
  • Improve the website and product
  • Process subscriptions when activated
  • Meet legal and security requirements

We do not sell personal information.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above. Incomplete or withdrawn applications may be retained for a limited period for abuse prevention, audit history and launch operations. Customer accounts, billing records, support requests, security logs and marketing records may be retained for longer where required for legal, accounting, security or operational reasons. We do not promise deletion where records must be retained by law or for essential security and billing integrity.

User rights

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information, withdraw from marketing, or withdraw a founding application (where still available in product). Send privacy requests to privacy@swiftlydeft.com. Some billing, security and legal records may need to be retained where required by law.

International processing

SwiftlyDeft is operated from New Zealand. Some service providers may store or process data outside New Zealand. Do not assume a specific data location unless separately confirmed for your account or engagement.

Complaints

Privacy questions or complaints can be sent to privacy@swiftlydeft.com. If a concern remains unresolved, you may raise it with the appropriate privacy regulator in your jurisdiction.
